    Farmwell was een driejarig Europees Horizon 2020-project gericht op het mentale, sociale en fysieke welzijn van boeren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Als partner voor creatieve storytelling was het onze taak om de realiteit van boeren zichtbaar te maken en het onderzoek en de resultaten van het project te verbinden met boerengemeenschappen in heel Europa. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We hebben samen een animatiefilm en 6 korte documentaires gemaakt, evenals een toolkit, om gesprekken op gang te brengen, begrip te bevorderen en de kloof tussen boeren en de maatschappij te overbruggen.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Voor de nationale Burgerraad Klimaat hebben we complexe informatie over klimaatkwesties op creatieve wijze vertaald naar begrijpelijke informatie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We hebben informatie vormgegeven, interviews afgenomen, discussierondes gemodereerd en de “beraadbalans<\/span>” ontworpen als een fysieke ontmoetingsplek voor het uitwisselen van verwachtingen, angsten en hoop.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Voor de Belastingdienst hebben we geholpen om een \u200b\u200bmeer dynamische en netwerkgerichte organisatie te cre\u00ebren. Het doel? Afstappen van rigide structuren en een cultuur bevorderen waarin medewerkers verantwoordelijkheid nemen en samenwerken in flexibele netwerken. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Onze aanpak is praktisch en participatief. We hebben medewerkers meer verantwoordelijkheid gegeven door middel van keynote speeches, interactieve workshops en creatieve initiatieven. Medewerkers zijn actieve deelnemers geworden, hebben bands opgericht, evenementen georganiseerd en hun collega’s in het zonnetje gezet. Wij boden professionele ondersteuning \u2013 muzikanten, trainers, workshopleiders \u2013 maar de medewerkers namen het voortouw. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
