What we did
Farmwell was a three-year Horizon 2020 European project focused on the mental, social, and physical well-being of farmers.
As creative storytelling partner our assignment was to make farmers’ realities visible and connect the project’s research and outcomes to farming communities across Europe.
We created an animation film and 6 short documentaries together with a toolkit to start conversations, foster understanding, and bridge the gap between farmers and society.
For the national Citizens’ Council on Climate we creatively translated complex information on climate issues into understandable input.
We contributed to the form and content, conducted interviews, moderated discussion roundtables, and designed the “beraadbalans” as a physical meeting place for the exchange of expectations, fears, and hopes.
For the Dutch Tax Authority, we helped to shape a more dynamic and network-driven organization. The goal? To move away from rigid structures and foster a culture where employees take ownership and collaborate in fluid networks.
Our approach is hands-on and participatory. We empowered employees through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and creative initiatives. Employees have become active contributors, forming bands, hosting events, and celebrating their colleagues. We provided professional support—musicians, trainers, workshop leaders—but employees took the lead.
