Work-related stress is at an all-time high, and 85% of employees worldwide feel disconnected from their jobs. Despite HR departments’ efforts, burnout, absenteeism, and turnover continue to rise. Robin examines how AI, neuroscience, and HR innovation can create happier, more engaged employees and whether businesses are willing to go to extremes for productivity and profit.

Based on two years of global research, Robin’s TEDx-style theatrical talk blends science, ethics, and storytelling to provoke fresh perspectives on workplace well-being. Suited for HR conferences, corporate events, and tech summits, this session is designed to challenge norms and inspire new thinking.

Developed in collaboration with actress Isil Vos, Robin’s talk is available in 60-minute full or 40-minute condensed versions, each followed by a 30-minute guided discussion to deepen the conversation.
